The conference will take place at the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art located on the south bank of the River Tyne on Gateshead quayside. Recently converted from a flour mill in 2004 the BALTIC is one of the biggest temporary art spaces in Europe. It provides an ever-changing calendar of exhibitions and activities which delegates will be able to enjoy free of charge.
